A modern café-style shaved ice made from ultra-fluffy shaved frozen milk snow topped with fresh diced mangoes, mango puree, condensed milk, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Presentation & How It's Eaten

Served in wide glass or ceramic bowls overflowing with vibrant yellow mango slices. Eaten with spoons from top to bottom.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen milk ice blocks (milk + condensed milk frozen together)

  • 2 ripe fresh mangoes, peeled and diced into cubes

  • 3 tbsp mango puree or syrup

  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 scoop premium vanilla ice cream

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Step-by-Step Directions

  1. Shave Frozen Milk: Shave frozen milk blocks through a fine ice blade shaver to produce soft, snow-like flakes directly into a bowl.

  2. Arrange Mango: Cover shaved milk snow completely with fresh diced mango cubes.

  3. Top with Ice Cream: Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on peak of dessert.

  4. Drizzle: Drizzle mango puree and sweetened condensed milk over mangoes. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve immediately.

Cooking Tips

  • Use Ripe Fresh Mangoes: Soft, sweet, fully ripened mangoes provide essential acidity and natural sweetness to balance shaved milk snow.
