1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup chocolate sprinkles (for coating)
Step-by-Step Directions:
Combine Base: Combine condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat.
Cook & Stir: Cook continuously, stirring constantly with a spatula for 10–12 minutes until mixture thickens and pulls away clean from bottom of pan.
Cool: Transfer hot fudge onto a buttered plate and let cool completely to room temperature for 1 hour.
Roll Balls: Grease hands with butter, scoop tablespoon-sized portions, and roll into smooth round balls.
Coat: Roll truffles in chocolate sprinkles until fully covered and place in mini paper candy cups.
Optional: Use white chocolate and coconut flakes to make Beijinho truffles.
Cooking Tips: Stir constantly with a silicone spatula to prevent condensed milk from burning on the bottom.
